Could a Nano-Gel boost gum healing without surgery?

NCT ID NCT07595757

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding nano-hyaluronic acid gel to a non-surgical deep cleaning procedure helps heal gum pockets better than cleaning alone. About 28 adults with moderate to severe gum disease will be randomly assigned to receive either the gel plus cleaning or just cleaning. The main goal is to see if pocket depth decreases more with the gel over 6 months.
