Could a Nano-Gel boost gum healing without surgery?
NCT ID NCT07595757
First seen May 23, 2026 ยท Last updated May 23, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding nano-hyaluronic acid gel to a standard non-surgical gum cleaning procedure helps heal deep gum pockets better than the cleaning alone. About 28 adults with moderate to severe gum disease will be randomly assigned to receive either the gel plus cleaning or just the cleaning. The main goal is to see if the gel reduces pocket depth more over 6 months, potentially improving gum health without the need for surgery.
