Summary
This study aims to find out how many adults in Olmsted County, Minnesota, have a common liver condition called NAFLD (fatty liver disease) and its more serious form, NASH. Researchers will enroll 800 local residents to gather detailed health information and track their long-term outcomes. The goal is to better understand the disease, validate new diagnostic tools, and help develop future screening strategies.
