Summary
This study tested a new drug called nadunolimab, which blocks a protein that helps cancer grow, combined with standard chemotherapy for people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer. The trial had two parts: first to find a safe dose, then to see if the combination shrinks tumors better than chemo alone. 117 participants were enrolled, and the goal was to improve treatment options for this aggressive cancer.
