Summary

This study tests a new drug called QRX3 in 3000 people with chronic kidney disease (CKD). The goal is to see if QRX3 can slow the loss of kidney function and reduce protein in the urine. Participants must have declining kidney function but not too rapid. The drug aims to improve kidney health, but ongoing management of CKD is still needed.
