Summary
This early-stage trial tested a synthetic cannabis drug called nabilone in 20 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have severe aggression. The main goal was to see if the drug is safe and tolerable. Researchers also looked for any improvement in aggressive behavior. Results will help design larger studies.
