This study tests a combination of two drugs, nab-sirolimus and letrozole, in 29 people with advanced or recurrent endometrioid endometrial cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors or slows cancer growth. Participants take both drugs by mouth and are monitored for response and side effects.
