Music may boost walking training for MS patients

Summary

This study tests whether adding music to rhythmic walking exercises helps people with multiple sclerosis walk better. Thirty-two participants with mild to moderate disability will do four weeks of gait training at home via video calls, either with or without music. The goal is to see if music improves walking speed, balance, fatigue, and thinking.
