Summary

This study tests whether adding music to technology-based walking exercises helps people with multiple sclerosis walk better. Thirty-two participants with mild to moderate disability will do four weeks of gait training at home via telerehabilitation, either with or without music. Researchers will measure changes in walking speed, balance, fatigue, and thinking skills.
