Healing harmonies: music may help stroke survivors regain speech and focus

Summary

This study is testing whether a daily music listening program can help people who have trouble speaking (aphasia) after a stroke. Researchers will have 45 participants listen to music, an audiobook, or nothing for 30 minutes a day for 8 weeks. They will measure if this improves attention, language skills, and overall quality of life.
