Summary

This study tests whether adding personalized music therapy to standard physical therapy improves walking and balance in people with Parkinson's disease. About 50 participants will receive either physical therapy alone or physical therapy plus rhythmic music for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if music cues can reduce freezing episodes and improve gait.
