Summary
This pilot study will test whether active music therapy (with a therapist) or passive music therapy (just listening to music) can improve exercise ability and motivation in 28 people with Parkinson's disease. Participants will do sit-to-stand and walking tests while receiving music therapy. The goal is to see if music can make exercise more effective and enjoyable.
