Summary

This study tests whether a virtual, community-based program combining music and mindfulness can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in people of African descent. About 300 participants aged 16 and older will take part. The goal is to see if these culturally relevant activities improve feelings of social connection and mental well-being.
