NCT ID NCT07159542

First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether listening to music at home can improve the quality of life and reduce burnout in people caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's. Ninety caregiver-patient pairs will be split into groups, with some listening to music or podcasts three times a week for 12 weeks. Researchers will also use brain scans (EEG) to see if music changes brain activity linked to stress.
