Summary
This study is testing whether listening to personalized music playlists can help adults reduce feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression. Researchers will assign 2,000 participants to either receive specially designed music or no music intervention. The goal is to see if this accessible, non-drug approach can improve emotional well-being.
