Summary
This study is testing if listening to music can help children feel less pain and fear when they get out of bed for the first time after abdominal surgery. Researchers will compare 74 children aged 4-6; one group will listen to music they choose, while the other receives standard care. The goal is to see if music is a simple, drug-free way to make recovery easier for young patients.
