Summary
This study looked at whether playing music during a non-stress test (a routine checkup for pregnant women) can improve comfort, reduce anxiety, and stabilize vital signs. 173 pregnant women took part. Researchers measured comfort and anxiety levels using standard questionnaires, along with blood pressure and heart rate.
