Summary

This study tested whether a phone app that guides users through music breathing exercises could help parents caring for a child newly diagnosed with cancer. The goal was to see if the app could reduce stress, build resilience, and improve the parents' quality of life. The study involved 60 parents who were randomly assigned to either use the app or receive usual care.
