Summary
This study tests whether adding musical sounds to a person's movements during physical therapy can improve walking ability. Researchers will compare standard rehabilitation to the same therapy with musical feedback in 120 adults with Parkinson's disease, stroke, or multiple sclerosis. The goal is to see if this approach helps with walking speed, balance, and quality of life.
