Summary
This study looks at whether adding local muscle vibration to standard rehabilitation can help elderly patients (75+) recover strength and mobility after a hip fracture. The vibration is applied to the leg muscles for 30 minutes, five times a week, for four weeks. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for patients and staff, with early signs of whether it improves muscle recovery.
