Summary
This study aims to find out if taking a daily multivitamin helps prevent nutrient deficiencies in people using GLP-1 medications for weight loss. Researchers will compare vitamin and mineral levels in the blood of 246 adults who either take a multivitamin or a placebo pill for one year. The goal is to provide clear evidence on whether vitamin supplements are necessary for people on these popular weight management drugs.
