Summary

This study tested whether a comprehensive program could help people with long-term, unexplained low back pain. Seventy adults participated in a supervised program combining exercise, education, mindfulness, and behavior change techniques. Researchers measured changes in pain, physical function, and quality of life over five months to see if this combined approach was effective.
