First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether watching exercise videos designed for chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients can improve their physical fitness and activity levels. Sixty adults with early-stage CKD will be randomly assigned to either a 12-week multimedia education program or standard education. Researchers will measure changes in walking distance, strength, flexibility, and self-reported activity to see if the video approach works better.
