Summary
This study tested whether combining pain education with physical therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and healthy lifestyle strategies works better than pain education alone for chronic low back pain. 60 adults with pain lasting at least 6 months took part. The goal was to see if a multi-modal resilience approach could improve pain intensity and help people stay active and positive despite pain.
