New study aims to help guatemalans with two tough conditions at once

Summary

This study will see if a program called HEARTS helps people who have both high blood pressure and diabetes get better care. About 1,440 adults in Guatemala will take part. Some clinics will use the HEARTS program, while others will continue their usual care. The study will check if blood pressure and blood sugar levels improve after 12 months.
