Mud-walk therapy shows promise for kids with flat feet

Summary

This study looks at whether walking on mud can improve foot shape and balance in children aged 6 to 11 who have flexible flat feet. 37 children will do a 30-minute mud-walk exercise three times a week for six weeks. Researchers will measure changes in foot posture, balance, and leg function before and after the program.
