Canadian team maps mucus to fight breathing diseases

Summary

This Canadian study aims to understand how mucus buildup affects people with asthma, COPD, and chronic cough. Researchers will use CT scans and other tests to measure mucus in 240 adults and 50 children over two years. The goal is to find better ways to identify and treat mucus problems in these common breathing conditions.
