Summary
This study looked at whether taking Mucinex (guaifenesin) long-term helps adults with stable chronic bronchitis manage their symptoms. Over 12 weeks, 82 participants took the medicine and reported on their cough, mucus production, and overall satisfaction. The goal was to see if regular use improves daily comfort and reduces the impact of symptoms.
