First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at whether different types of exercise—like high-intensity workouts and Tai Chi—can improve memory, focus, and flexibility in thinking, while also reducing stress. It involves 120 healthy first-year university students in Chile. Participants will be assigned to one of three groups: high-intensity exercise, Tai Chi, or a computer-based brain training program. The goal is to see which approach works best for mental performance and stress relief.
