Summary

This study tested a new drug called MTX101, given as a tablet under the tongue, for quickly treating migraine headaches in adults. 78 people with migraines took either the drug or a placebo during separate attacks to see if it reduced pain and the need for rescue medication. The main goals were to check safety and how well it works for acute migraine relief.
