Summary

This study is developing a program called mSTARS for people who drink heavily and have been hospitalized for a suicide crisis. The program combines in-hospital skills training with a smartphone app to help manage emotions after discharge. Ten participants will test the program and provide feedback to improve it. The goal is to see if the program is acceptable and helpful during the high-risk 30-day period after leaving the hospital.
