This pilot trial tests whether a substance made from stem cells — called mesenchymal stem cell secretome — can improve cognitive recovery in people who have had an ischemic stroke. Participants aged 40 to 75 with mild-to-moderate cognitive impairment will receive either standard stroke care alone or standard care plus two doses of the secretome.
