Can video games sharpen the mind in MS? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT03737825
Summary
This small, completed pilot study tested whether two different types of computerized brain training programs, both paired with light physical activity, could help improve thinking skills like memory and attention in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants used either a large-screen game requiring full-body movement or a tablet-based program, attending sessions three times a week for four weeks. The main goal was to see if these games could speed up mental processing.
