First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a special MRI method to see how muscles and connective tissues move and respond to pressure. Researchers will compare healthy people and those with myofascial pain, and see if hands-on therapy (Tuina) changes tissue movement. Participants with pain will be randomly assigned to receive Tuina or standard care, and will have MRI scans and fill out pain questionnaires.
