Botox vs. mouth splints: which eases jaw pain best?

Summary
This study tested three ways to treat jaw pain and clenching caused by teeth grinding (bruxism) in 60 adults. People got either a custom mouth splint, Botox injections, or both treatments together. After 3 months, the team measured how much symptoms improved using a standard pain and function questionnaire.
