AI heart scans could reveal hidden heart failure clues
NCT ID NCT07455292
Summary
This study aims to develop and test new software that makes heart MRI scans easier to analyze. Researchers want to create automated tools that can measure blood flow and pressure inside the heart without invasive procedures. The study involves patients with severe aortic valve narrowing who are scheduled for valve replacement surgery, comparing new MRI measurements against standard catheter measurements taken during their procedure.
