First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 29, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether using MRI scans to guide radiation therapy, along with chemotherapy and immunotherapy, can reduce lung damage and improve survival in people with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. About 490 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either MRI-guided or CT-guided radiation. The study aims to find a safer, more effective way to control the disease.
