MRI scans could revolutionize prostate cancer screening for At-Risk men

NCT ID NCT05384535

Summary

This study is testing whether adding MRI scans to standard PSA blood tests can improve prostate cancer detection in high-risk men. Researchers are enrolling 100 men aged 40-55 who have higher-than-average risk factors but normal PSA levels. Participants will receive MRI scans and be followed for 5 years to see if this combined approach catches cancer earlier than current methods.
