NCT ID NCT05762367

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study used advanced MRI to look at lymphatic vessels in the brain's outer lining in 40 women with idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) and healthy controls. The goal was to understand how these vessels might contribute to IIH, a condition causing severe headaches and vision loss. Researchers compared lymphatic networks between groups to find clues about disease progression.
