Summary
This study is testing whether a special MRI sequence called MP2RAGE can find more spinal cord lesions in people with multiple sclerosis than the standard scans currently used. Researchers will compare the number of lesions seen on MP2RAGE images versus conventional MRI in 196 adults. If MP2RAGE proves better, it could improve how doctors diagnose and track MS.

The study will be offered prospectively to patients presenting to the imaging department for a 1.5T or 3T MRI scan for spinal cord exploration, in the context of inflammatory involvement of the neuraxis.
