Summary

This study tested whether using connected fitness trackers (like smartwatches) could encourage people with spondyloarthritis to be more physically active and reduce disease flares. 108 adults with stable spondyloarthritis participated. The goal was to see if the devices work better than just a doctor's recommendation to exercise.
