Summary

This study tests whether combining mental practice of movements (motor imagery) with exercises for the inner ear (vestibular rehabilitation) can help people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis improve their balance, thinking, and daily life. About 30 adults aged 18-45 with mild disability and mild balance or thinking issues will take part. The goal is to see if this drug-free approach offers a new way to manage common MS symptoms.
