Summary

This study looks at whether motivational interviewing, a type of supportive conversation, can help first-year nursing students feel less anxious and more confident about their clinical training. About 66 students will take part, and researchers will measure their anxiety, attitudes, and self-belief before and after the program. The goal is to see if this approach can make the transition to hands-on patient care easier.
