First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests a mobile phone program called MOSAIC that changes over time to fit each person's needs in managing type 2 diabetes. About 547 adults will either get this adaptive phone support or standard printed materials for 16 months. The goal is to see if the phone program improves blood sugar levels, reduces diabetes-related distress, and boosts well-being more than print alone.
