C-Section pain study: which morphine works best?

Summary
This study compares two ways of giving morphine after a planned C-section: one injected into the spinal fluid and one into the space around the spinal cord. The goal is to see which provides better pain relief with fewer side effects like nausea or itching. About 120 women will take part to help doctors improve recovery after childbirth.
