New hope for advanced liver cancer: immunotherapy cocktails under study

Summary
This clinical trial is testing several combinations of immunotherapy drugs to see if they can shrink or control advanced liver cancer. The study is for people with a type of liver cancer called hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the treatment combinations, and the study will monitor how well the cancer responds and how long it stays under control.
