Summary
This study aims to understand why some patients with advanced cancers like melanoma and lung cancer respond well to a common immunotherapy (anti-PD-1), while others do not. Researchers will collect blood samples from 500 patients to measure specific markers in immune cells during treatment. The goal is to learn how to better monitor treatment and identify signs of resistance early.
