NCT ID NCT06528431
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a personalized approach to slowly reduce the dose of the biologic drug adalimumab in people with rheumatoid arthritis who are in remission. The goal is to find the best blood level of the drug before each dose reduction to lower the risk of disease flares. 180 adults with stable RA will be followed to see if this tailored tapering strategy works better than standard care.
