New hope for anemia in Low-Risk MDS: momelotinib trial opens

Summary
This study tests whether momelotinib can safely help people with low-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) who have anemia. About 80 adults will receive different doses to find the best one that reduces or eliminates the need for red blood cell transfusions. The goal is to improve blood counts and manage the disease long-term.
