NCT ID NCT02559778
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study is for children newly diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive nerve cancer. It uses genetic testing to choose personalized chemotherapy, then tests whether adding the drug DFMO to standard immunotherapy helps prevent relapse. About 500 children will take part to see if this approach improves how long they stay cancer-free.
