Summary
This study tested a new drug called modakafusp alfa, given alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in adults with advanced solid tumors or melanoma that had spread. The goal was to find safe doses and check for side effects. The trial was stopped early, but it aimed to see if the treatment could shrink tumors or improve symptoms.
