New app aims to get seniors with arthritis moving and out of pain

Summary
This study tests a 6-month mobile program that combines physical activity, healthy eating, and group support to help older adults with knee or hip arthritis reduce pain and improve daily function. Two hundred participants aged 65+ will be randomly assigned to the program or usual care. The goal is to see if the program increases daily steps, reduces pain interference, and helps with weight loss.
